Rose Liu
Ms. Liu is the Co-Founder and President of the AREPA Boston Chapter. Ms. Liu has over 10 years of experience in CRE and has specialized in financial analytics, market research, and business development. Ms. Liu is the Loan Portfolio Asset Manager at Winthrop Capital Advisors, and she is responsible for being an active member of the asset management team for a multi-billion dollar loan portfolio for a large New York-based real estate investment and their public mortgage REIT. Prior to joining Winthrop, she spent nearly seven years at Collier International.

Kaitlin holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
